The goals of mediation are development of partner business relations, forming of business conduct ethics, social relations harmonization. Mediation procedure is a way of disputes resolution with assistance of a mediator based on wilful consent of the parties and aimed to achievement of mutually acceptable solution and conflicting parties’ reconciliation.
