- collection of evidence and preparation of all necessary documents for litigation: claims, responses, appeals and cassation appeals, motions, explanations, etc.
- correspondence for the purpose of out-of-court dispute settlement, participation in negotiations for pre-trial settlements;
- assistance to execution of judgements;
- interests representation in process of recognition and enforcement of foreign courts and commercial arbitration courts on the territory of Ukraine.
